Secrets What Are Subliminal Messages and How Can They Help You Understand

What Are Subliminal Messages and How Can They Help You

When literally translated, subliminal means below the threshold (of senses). Subliminal messages are those messages that you receive but make no conscious effort of deciphering them.

You receive these kinds of messages every day, and you have no idea! These messages can be flashing images that change too fast for the brain to understand what is on them, or the radio that is on but the volume is so low you just can't comprehend what you are hearing.

The cult movie Fight Club has a scene where the main protagonist named Tayler, played by Brad Pit, would insert a millisecond image of a penis while playing children's movies in a theater. No one could understand what they saw, but they knew it was somehow disturbing. That was a subliminal message inserted into a movie.

Admittedly, this particular message only served the purpose of amusing Tyler. But advertisers would often use subliminal messages in their ads.

For example an ad in a newspaper would show ice cubes melting in the glass. Two specific ice cubes would be made to resemble the breast of a woman with pronounced nipples. The message is supposed to arouse men and to make them associate their aroused state with the drink in the glass.

Or an audio jingle on a radio would have imbedded the words "buy now" into the jingle. The message would be masked by the pleasing music in the jingle and would be recorded in such a low volume that people would likely miss it even if they knew what they were looking for. But the message would still be received by the subconscious brain.

Subliminal Healing

But subliminal messages can also be used for healing or resolving our problems. There are many recordings available that address specific problems people have. Some more common problems people solve by using subliminal messages include help with weight loss, help with more concentration or help to stop smoking or some other addiction. Subliminal messages can also be used to help with a person's confidence, or even to help the person focus better.

Using subliminal audio and mp3 recordings is a very simple thing. One needs to simply be at a place where they can relax for half an hour or an hour, and listen to the recorded album with embedded subliminal messages.

What the person would actually hear is a pleasing music. But underneath the music the positive affirmations that the logical brain can't hear (or filter) are embedded.

It is important to choose a subliminal album that is recorded to solve a specific problem you are trying to address. Otherwise listening to the messages is not as effective as it can be.

Chris has also written an in depth article that talks about how subliminal messages work. He is a strong believer in the power of using subliminal mp3 and CD recordings to enrich your life.

The truth about Employee Ideas Will Help a Company Grow far more

Employee Ideas Will Help a Company Grow

If you always Do, What you have always done.
You will always be what you always were.

We must always keep 'sharpening the axe' or rekindle the spirit of learning. Managers or supervisors should know there is nothing more rewarding than to get people to recognize their potential, and become involved in the improvement process of their reportees.

A positive vision of the future is important for everyone who wishes to make a difference to see their company succeed in this competitive world.

So where does this change start? It starts with every employee in a company giving suggestions to a program of continuous improvement. First, they should see how their own work could be made more efficient with little or no waste. Second, they should make improvements that will have a positive effect on the financial health of the company. This means instead of working harder, they must work smarter.

Everyone in the company should commit to a program of offering one suggestion in a specified time on how their own work or the company's operations could be improved. The following recommendations can be used for submitting ideas:

- Each suggestion should be small that can be applied quickly and give almost immediate results.

- Each person should commit to offer one suggestion per month.

- All ideas to be discussed with the supervisor before implementing them.

It would be wise to tap the knowledge that the workers have gained from years of experience of performing their duties so they understand the job better.

It is crucial that each worker's suggestion receives the courtesy of a reply from the respective supervisor and is credited to that worker, otherwise improvement suggestions will soon stop coming.

The Kaizen Challenge is to-

o Find better ways to do things more efficiently.

o Do not use yesterday's methods in today's manufacturing world.

o Come up with new and better ways of doing tasks.
